Orders received and cleared before 1pm Monday to Friday will be delivered by Royal Mail Special Delivery service within 3 working days.

We will provide you with your tracking number by email once your order has been collected from our distributers.

We endeavour to dispatch all orders within 3 working days subject to product availability and clearance of payment.

Although we stock most ring sizes and products, there are some occasions where we may need to order your purchase directly from our suppliers. We’ll keep you updated with the progress of your order and will contact you immediately by email to let you know if we are unable to deliver within the 1-3 days time frame

This excludes special orders and non–stock specific sizes.

Please note that there are some areas within the UK where we cannot guarantee delivery before 1pm the next day.

Parcels will need to be signed for in person, so please state delivery address as an address where you will be present at the time of delivery (home or work). In the event that no one is available to receive a Special Delivery item, a card will be left providing you with the option to have the item delivered at a later date or to collect your parcel from your local collection depot. You will need to take proof of address/identity to the depot with you.

Bespoke orders, specially sized rings and commissioned jewellery

If you would like to have something specially made, please speak to one of our bespoke designers in store or by telephone who will be more than happy to help and advise.

Once the request of a bespoke order has been verified we will send you a written confirmation of this with an estimated delivery time normally 4–5 weeks often less if required. The order can then be processed as soon as we receive payment. This can be made in full or by means of a non–refundable 50% deposit. The payment can then be completed when we receive your special piece of jewellery into stock and before we send it out to you.

The item will be a Special Order, which means it will be made just for you, as it is not a piece in the size we are carrying in stock. Due to this fact the jewellery cannot be exchanged or returned under any circumstances. Also, earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

We request that you reply to us via email to acknowledge and confirm that you are happy with these terms of the Special Order.

Bank Holiday

During Bank Holiday weekends we have no delivery service so we would ask that you allow extra time for delivery when placing your order around Bank Holidays.  Our normal services resume the next working day being Tuesday for delivery. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. Please call our store on 0161 839 0102 should you wish to discuss your specific order.
