Returns Policy & Guarantee

We hope that you love your Jenny Jones jewellery, but should you change your mind, you can return your item within 14 days and we will be happy to provide an exchange or full refund for you (excluding any shipping charges). This is applicable to website purchases only – (all in store purchases can be exchanged within 28 days or receive a credit note only).

All items must be in their original saleable condition and returned with the Jenny Jones packaging provided. We recommend that any items returned to us are sent using recorded delivery or other secure method of delivery.

Please note that any refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Guarantee

All Items sold on our site are antique or vintage, thus the items are pre-loved and will not look like new. All items we sell are in a clean, wearable condition and are covered by a one year guarantee, after which any repairs are subject to charges.
