Cabochon Garnet Ring

An ornately carved, 9ct yellow gold ring with full Birmingham hallmarks. The rings centre stone tested as a garnet, fashioned into a cabochon cut.  Cabochon stones captivate by enhancing colour and reflection over their domed surface. Deep red and purple tones of the rings stone catch the light beautifully, surrounded by a bead border which flows into its carved shoulders. Its comfortable band completes the ring, on which hallmarks can be found.
