18ct Yellow Gold Turquoise & Diamond Ring

A vintage, turquoise ring presenting rich blue tones. The December birthstone was one of the first gemstones mined and has long since been prized for its intense colour variants. A trefoil of diamonds sit on each shoulder, weighing an estimated total of 0.20ct, leading into the rings plain band where a stamp for 18ct yellow gold can be discovered.
