Cannetille Style Victorian Brooch

This Victorian brooch perfectly showcases Cannetille artwork. Cannetille is a close relative of filigree work and is often used in embroidery. It typically features fine gold wires and bead decorations displayed in intricate designs. The brooches reverse holds its pin attachment and has been left un-hallmarked to preserve its history. We have tested the brooch as 9ct yellow gold.
