French Cushion Cut Tanzanite & Diamond Ring

This vintage ring showcases a spectacular AAA quality, cushion-cut Tanzanite weighing approximately 8cts. The stone is held by four claws in a diamond-set, ornately decorated mount with a crossover underbezel and openwork shoulders. The mount has a total diamond weight of approximately 0.60ct, all of which are estimated to be H colour with SI clarity. The diamond shoulders lead on to a platinum shank, delicately carved with chevron detail, marked 950 with a French hallmark.
