Customised Vintage Crescent Sapphire & Diamond Necklace

Customised from a brooch into a necklace, featuring a full, 9ct yellow gold Birmingham hallmark. Boasting deep blue sapphires, the September birthstone, and old cut diamonds. It’s total sapphire is estimated to be 0.89ct, radiating rich hues like the night sky. Each stone is accompanied by an old cut diamond, weighing an estimated total of 0.35ct, forming its crescent moon shape. Attached is a 16″ trace chain.
