At Jenny Jones, we take great care to ensure your jewellery reaches you safely, beautifully presented, and on time. From diamond engagement rings and wedding bands to vintage treasures and contemporary designs, every piece is handled with the utmost attention and care.

We aim to make receiving your jewellery as seamless and reassuring as the purchase itself.

• Standard Delivery – Free on orders over £75, or £4.95 for orders under £75. Delivered within 3–6 working days.
• Click & Collect (Manchester Store) – Free of charge. We’ll email you as soon as your order is ready for collection.

For higher‑value purchases such as engagement rings or vintage one‑off pieces, we take extra precautions in packaging and handling so your jewellery arrives in perfect condition.

Creating something personal and meaningful is one of the most rewarding aspects of what we do. Whether you are commissioning a bespoke design or adapting a vintage piece, our team will guide you with expertise and care.

• Lead Time – Bespoke and commissioned pieces are usually completed within 4–6 weeks. We will always do our best to meet specific dates such as engagements or weddings.
• Special Orders – As these pieces are made uniquely for you, they cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Earrings – For hygiene reasons, earrings are non‑returnable.

Every bespoke order is handcrafted by skilled goldsmiths. Any resizing or adjustments to vintage jewellery are carried out sympathetically to preserve its character and integrity. Before work begins, we’ll confirm details in writing and ask for your email approval.

We want your experience to be smooth and worry‑free:

• Orders are dispatched promptly on working days once payment has cleared
• Delivery times may be extended slightly during busy seasonal periods
• We cannot deliver to PO Boxes or forwarding addresses
• Bespoke or resized items may take longer than standard pieces

If your jewellery is intended for a special occasion, please let us know — we’ll recommend the most suitable delivery option to ensure it arrives in time.
